The Assessor and her staff are here to serve you by determining market value and performing maintenance on over 170,000 taxable real property accounts and more than 160,000 business and personal property accounts.
The deadline to initiate an appeal of property value to the Pulaski County Board of Equalization is Monday, August 19, 2019. Arkansas statutes provide that any appeal to a board of equalization must be initiated by the third Monday in August for the appropriate tax year. Appeals by phone (501-340-6170) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) will be accepted through the end of business Monday. Appeals by mail MUST be postmarked by Monday.
